• Charged mobile phone with emergency number stored
• Foil blanket, bivvy bag or equivalent

All runners must bring the above items to the race. The actual kit to be carried during the race will be finalised on the day, depending on conditions etc., and clearly advised at Registration.

You should also have the means to carry all the kit in case required.

Failure to have the required items may lead to you being denied entry to the race, or disqualification. Random checks may be carried out.

2024 Long Course:

2024 Short Course

First part of course we far as Maulin will be marked Long course will be course - from Crone Woods - up over Maulin peak - from there - run down to the Dargle river - up Djouce - down around the shoulder and back the Wicklow way to the finish.
This year the race will follow a path up to Maulin from the West side. Same course that was run in 2023

Getting There:

Please carpool as much as possible - 3 to 4 per car if possible. Parking is very limited and other groups such as hikers use this Crone woods car park as well.

Entries open on Friday 15th November Early start @10:30, regular @11.
