Please note the cut offs are for your safety but also for the marshals that have given up their day for you. If missing CP times, You should not continue out of race as you will put pressure on volunteers who will still have to wait until you are finished. *********************************************************** If you cannot move at the speed to make this please do not enter as this is s tough mountain route and is not marked. All competitors must be capable of handling themselves if bad weather and poor visibility come in on the day. Volunteers (Running)

Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
