Route Description: Up and down the same route. Starting from Education centre beside upper lake and follow trail to first summit cairn. Course is mostly fast on good ground but the last kilometre to the summit is much rougher and CARE should be taken on this descent.

On Sunday 26th June, the WMRA International U18 Cup(Formerly Known as Youth Cup) takes place in Saluzzo, Italy. IMPORTANT: Annual Registration for 2022 will only be available online - Please note that no cash payments will be accepted on race day. You must be a registered member of IMRA for 2022 to enter this race. Race registration will close at 6 pm the day before the race. Runners will be required to sign in either as a preregistered runner or register using a race voucher from 9:30am. Runners will also be responsible for their own numbers at the end of the race and will be required to keep them and bring them with them for next race. Mandatory kit for this race requires all runners to carry or wear a jacket. Failure to do so will result in disqualification. Registration on race day will take place at the Upper Lake car park

The championship course will be approximately 4.5km long for boys and girls. These course details will be confirmed when the full details are provided by the event organisers.

Target times will be 24 mins for boys and 26 mins for girls

You need to have done 2 non-running volunteer roles in a calendar year to qualify for end of year prize

Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
