There will absolutely be NO car parking on the road. All runners must bring with them the following: Bumbag containing chocolate/biscuits and water. A longsleeved rainproof running top. Hat and Gloves. Map - Compass - Whistle Extra clothing: Warm longsleeved top and leggings. The Race Director will make the decision on the day as to what runners will wear and bring with them for the race. The Race Directors decision will be final.

Inter-Counties Championships
The first 3 county teams in both the men and women categories will be awarded championship medals. Any number of athletes may run on a team with the highest placed 3 finishers counting for the team result. The first female finisher will score 1 point. Runners must register their county in the laptop.

Climbers Inn
Notes:
Please make sure to use the Kerry way on both the uphill and downhill - going off the Kerry could potentially lead to trespassing issues which may jeopardise the running of this race in the future.

Volunteers (Non-Running)

You need to have done 2 non-running volunteer roles in a calendar year to qualify for end of year prize

Volunteers (Running)

Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
